I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were huge and very modern, with slippers and a robe provided, but unfortunately, they were terrible. The service, however, was exceptional - the staff were just so kind and caring, making my stay very pleasant. The location was a bit of a letdown due to the lack of sound insulation, causing disturbances from various sources. The dining experience could have been better, especially with the fruit and cheese selection. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities were impressive overall.
